In the early evening, Spanish Tapas are served - the perfect accompaniment with your pre-dinner or pre-theatre cocktails. The Upstairs Restaurant: The Upstairs Restaurant is situated on the first floor, with its long bar and large windows overlooking the front entrance and the bustle of The Savoy Courtyard, perfect for people-watching. A brassiere-style restaurant, seating is provided informally in tables for two and seats at the long marble counter. The menu has a variety of light, healthy and contemporary dishes which specialise in seafood choices the Restaurant even has its own extensive sushi menu created by the hotels Japanese chef. American Bar: The American Bar first opened in the late 1890s and ever since has been a stylish meeting place for hotel guests and Londoners alike.
