The Hempels 35 bedrooms are all individually designed. They all show the harmony of ancient eastern tradition with modern, state of the art technology. The Hempel offers a warm, comfortable environment making an effective use of natural texture and materials. All are either colour of honey, beige and flax or with a darker palette of dove grey, slate and black. The Bathrooms are as individual as the bedrooms and range from the traditional Japanese style stone bath, to the sunken tub and the free standing bath. The Hempel also has a total of 12 suites and apartments. The suites are located within the hotel facility, and the apartments are adjacent to the Hempel Gardens.

The suites feature a separate living room area. The stunning Beluga Suite, facing the garden with its impressive four poster bed, or the Lioness Den, which surprises with its suspended bed from the ceiling, all are individually designed and unique.

The visually striking frosted glass walls cast images from the Shadow Bar on to diners in the adjacent I-Thai Restaurant. With the main elements used being Metal and Glass, creating the cool and relaxing atmosphere leading to an evening of surprises. Ideal for the cocktails prior to evening engagements outside the hotel, or for pre-dinner drinks, the Shadow Bar is the right place to be. With its defined space, allowing seeing and feeling the buzzing of the world passes by.

I-Thai, the hotel's signature restaurant, symbolises the meeting of Oriental and European cuisine, design and culture. The food focuses on the essence of Thailand, Italy and Japan, whilst the eclectic wine list covers some of the best wineries from Europe and the New World. Tables set with precision, polished pewter, natural slate and vibrant green papyrus trimmed to perfection, creating contrasts and harmony to treat the palate, entertain the eye and soothe the soul.

The Garden Square plays an integral role in setting the mood of experiences to come in the world of the Hempel. A perfectly restored space, where Yew trees encompass an ornamental environment, herb-filled borders, the fragrance of lavender and rosemary adding to the senses. Three square pools reflect the white Georgian façade of the Hempel.
